This was the message that came through to me yesterday…because yes, since having my third child sometimes it takes 24 hours to get a message out there!
But it struck me that I spend a LOT of my time in a negative mindset, beating myself up about what I haven’t achieved yet…what I don’t have yet…what I got wrong…what I missed…
What I’ve learned is that there will ALWAYS be more to achieve…that’s what makes life amazing right?! But it doesn’t have to take away from everything I DID already get right.
And this is where the balance needs to be re-addressed, in my mind.
It’s absolutely fine and awesome to have big dreams…to recognise that you want something that you don’t have yet and to set your sights on it.
But it’s also VITAL to acknowledge and recognise the wins you’ve already experienced…and not because that’s how to activate the ‘magic’ either…
…It’s actually because if you’re in the habit of always dismissing what you’ve achieved in favour of looking forward to what’s next, then you will always feel like you didn’t make it!
Do you see?
It’s like buying a car and then instantly wishing you’d got the house!
Take it in!
Dreaming is fun…but LIVING is what we all came here to do!
So embrace life for all it is and start to cultivate the habit of acknowledging and celebrating your wins!
Anxiety feeds off our tendency to project into the future.
More often than not, the thing we are anxious about hasn’t yet happened!
Spend today in full awareness of all you HAVE achieved and allow yourself to be open to new, more favourable outcomes.
You are creating your reality from your thoughts and beliefs…
…change that and you can change anything!
Confidence is yours as soon as you choose it!
PS: Join me and my special guest expert, Hayhouse Author Mary Shores for the TCA September Masterclass on Monday 24th September!

“I can’t . . .
I’m not good enough . . .
I’ll never find what I want . . .
How often do you consider the strain these negative and limiting statements have on your mind, choices, and life? The persistent messages you repeat can frame your thoughts and trap you in a mind-set that can be difficult to break. Whether you realize it or not, the words you use are the architects of your life.
After years of personal experience and research, entrepreneur and communications specialist Mary Shores realized that there is a life-changing theme persistent throughout ancient traditions and spiritual foundations that is also supported by scientific professionals. They all agree on one recurring truth: Words have the power to create and transform.
Armed with this knowledge, Mary created easy-to-follow, step-by-step practices to teach you how to launch yourself to the next level.”
